As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 847.223.5497 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Store Policies

Thank you for letting Rudolph’s Furniture make your home more beautiful. We are committed to making certain that our customers are happy with our furniture, our store, and our service. We appreciate you choosing Rudolph’s and look forward to serving you in the future.

General Information:

Please note that delivery/pick-up dates are contingent on receipt of merchandise from our suppliers. Rudolph’s Furniture does not have all items in stock, including layaway purchased items, and cannot be responsible for merchandise availability or manufacturer’s delays. If merchandise is not available for any reason within 30 days following a scheduled delivery or pick-up date, then your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to other terms and conditions of this agreement.

Special Order Information:

A special order consists of any item that is specifically ordered for you, the customer. Special orders are not eligible for cancellation after 3 business days from purchase date. Also, after such time, special orders are not eligible for any refunds, returns, or exchanges. Absolutely, no exceptions.


You may cancel all or part of this sale without charge or fee for up to 7 days after today’s date, BUT ONLY as to merchandise that has not been picked-up or delivered and that is not special order. You have 3 business days from purchase date to cancel special orders. No exceptions.


If you are not happy with your selection, within the first 3 days after delivery or pick-up, you may reselect to a different purchase. Upon the return of your original purchase, you will receive a credit in the amount of the original purchase price (less delivery and fabric protection charges). Please contact the store no later than 3 days after delivery or pick-up. Delivery of the reselection can be made for the usual delivery fee and will include the pick-up of your original order at no extra charge. Sorry we cannot allow reselection or refunds on special order items.


Due to health regulations, all mattress sales are final, and no refunds, reselections, or exchanges will be allowed, and haul away of old is not provided. Rudolph’s Furniture does not offer any comfort guarantees with mattress purchases.


You may return your purchase within three (3) days for a refund or credit (less delivery and fabric protection charges). A 20% restocking fee for restocking/handling of the returned merchandise will be added. Pick-up of your original order can be arranged for the usual delivery fee. Sorry, we cannot allow cancellations or refunds on special order merchandise. Allow 2 weeks for processing refunds of any merchandise paid for originally by check. All other forms or refunds will be processed immediately.

Clearance/Closeout Merchandise:

If your merchandise has been sold on an as-is basis… The price has been reduced for special clearance and must be picked-up or delivered within 7 days of the purchase date. Please examine your furniture very carefully. We’re sorry, but we cannot provide service on these items. However, if within 3 days after pick-up or delivery you are not satisfied, you may reselect to a different purchase or receive refund (less delivery and fabric protection charges).

Pick-up Information:

A pick-up appointment is required. Please pick-up only at the date and time scheduled with our office. This will enable our warehouse to have the correct merchandise ready for you. Please carefully inspect your merchandise at time of pick-up. Rudolph’s Furniture will not be responsible for damage to furniture that has been picked-up, once it has left the store or warehouse.

Delivery Information:

There may be a small fee assessed for delivery. Deliveries are made by scheduled appointments. If you are not at home at the time of your scheduled delivery, a re-delivery fee will be assessed. Please have room ready to accept delivered merchandise. Due to insurance regulations, Rudolph’s cannot relocate furniture within your home, or remove old furniture from your home. All C.O.D. deliveries must be paid in full or merchandise will be returned to the store and a re-delivery will be set. Please inspect delivered merchandise before delivery men leave your home. Report all damages immediately. Rudolph’s Furniture is not responsible for damaged merchandise not reported within three (3) working days of your scheduled delivery. Damaged merchandise, that is reported within three (3) days, will be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion. If a decision is made to replace the damaged merchandise, then the defective merchandise must be immediately removed from the customers home.

Limited One Year Warranty:

Rudolph’s Furniture warrants to the original Purchaser that the furniture will be free from defects in workmanship and construction for a period of one (1) year from delivery date. If any such defects are brought to our attention within that one (1) year period, the defect will be corrected or the item will be replaced at our sole discretion without charge to you, the Purchaser.

This warranty does not apply to and Rudolph’s Furniture is not responsible for:

1) Permanence of color or wear ability of fabrics; 2) defects which result from negligence, misuse or abuse, fire and accident; 3) Wear and tear, damage to exposed wood, resilience of cushion cores, fills and materials; 4) Furniture that has been moved from the original address. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO SOLD “AS-IS”, CLEARANCE/CLOSEOUT MERCHANDISE.
